Adam Brousell

General Manager

Adam Brousell brings over two decades of operational leadership to River Pointe Inn, with a career that spans the full spectrum of guest experience — from large-scale venue management to intimate fine dining. Born and raised on the Jersey Shore, Adam holds a B.S. in Supply Chain Management from Lehigh University and has spent his career building systems and teams that deliver exceptional hospitality at every level.

Before joining the River Pointe Inn family, Adam spent more than 20 years in operations management, beginning in high school, with a long tenure at Great Adventure where he was honored with the prestigious 'Golden Coin' Award for outstanding operational excellence. A lifelong passion for food and beverage drew him to the restaurant world, where he built a reputation for elevating both the guest experience and the teams behind it. Along the way, Adam cultivated a parallel expertise in data analysis and operational technology — designing custom reporting tools, POS integrations, and performance dashboards that give restaurant teams the real-time intelligence they need to run smarter shifts.

At River Pointe Inn, Adam oversees all front-of-house operations, private dining, and the guest experience from reservation to farewell. He believes that great hospitality is never accidental — and that the best measure of a restaurant's success is a guest who simply can't stay away.
