A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Carignan, the grapes are sourced from Pouizin’s estate and nearby organic vineyards within a 10km radius, grown at elevations between 200 and 350 meters. Fermented and aged in concrete tanks with no oak, the wine reflects a minimal intervention approach that preserves the purity of fruit from these biodynamically farmed vineyards. On the palate, it offers vibrant red and wild berry flavors with a touch of sweet spice, silky tannins, and a smooth, dry finish.
